Yes, when I add compensation time that means that for that amount of time nobody will be able to claim any games. That is done by adding extra thinking time to all games.

Unfortunately the problems with the server aren't fully resolved. I was out of town with limited connectivity, these things always happen at the most complicated times.
I've added more compensation time, sorry for the inconvenience.
