Too many vacation days. I'm playing a tournament that started in early March. My opponent I'm playing has made 5 moves and seems to be always on vacation, yet he comes online's to this site. He's playing over 350 games at once. Shouldn't there be a limit to the number of games a person can play? This is a bit much.

I see no reason for a limit on the number of games. You've agreed to play in a tournament with a time limit of (I assume) seven days per move. You must, therefore, be prepared for your opponent to use seven days to think of his next move.
