This again proves that you can win a tourney if you and your opponent tie, and you make less points, implying that your opponents get more points.
There is a bug here, as we explained in the link above that GambitShark pointed.

Yes I was thinking the same.
(Sorry Gambitshark I didnt read the whole discussion in the link. Thx Beco for getting the point across).
So do we have Miguel's view on this.

From my experience and observations ties go to the one who has the higher rating. As for draws I only offer them if the position is dead (IE: no attack potential, both kings are completely safe, material is completely balanced, same set of pieces (IE: black squared bishop and knight vs. black square bishop and night w/ alot of pawns for both sides)
