There is an opening that starts with 1.e4,e6 2.d4,b5?! that I am playing on another site, it looks bad at first, however white will have to spend some tempo getting the awkward bishop from b5, and black solves issue of the hemmed in bishop with Bb7 at the cost of a pawn. However I think this line can easily be refuted to a draw, one in which black will have to put more effort into drawing provided it is a classical time control between two GM's (IE: Topolov with white vs. Shirov with black) or supercomputers (IE: Deep Fritz 10 with white vs. Deep Junior 10 with black). Nonetheless while 2...d5 is still my favorite (if 3.Nc3 then I play the Winawhere 3...Bb4) However the Modern Tiger (1.e4,g6 2.d4,Bg7 3.Nf3/Nc3,d6 4.Bc4/Nc3/f3/,a6 in which sharp play for the center will ensue with flank attacks, fixed pawn centers, open centers, and many complex posibilities for the position. But that is for a completely different thread entirely)
