I like this opening as when black plays 4...a6 he declares his attention to gain complete coverage of the board, this move may prevent an eventual Bb5, and in some lines in which black plays ...Nc6 this is good, however this move also serves a purpose to potentially dislodge a knight at c3, making white give up control of the central light squares, followed by a ...c5 strike at d4 to further sharpen the position. This opening I have found to be quite flexible and versitile where many different pawn centers arise and are possible. What are your opinions on this line?
