Ok, this is weird, but I'm guessing it's because it's a change of tournament types.
I got 2 games going in QA ANNIV
QA-ANNIV-03 - Round 1
QA-ANNIV-03 - Round 2
with QA Anniv 02 only one game at a time right. but now 2.
So how many can you get going at once? When does a new round start?

I can advance a tournament when I see that there are only a few games left. It is an old feature, it's been around since the start of the 2nd annual tournament.
