If there was a top ten list of americans I would be number 9. Ironically internet difficulties has caused my rating to be artificially high. I could not log in from home. I was playing 10d/a so i used many vacation days to get through. I won a several games on time that I would halve lost otherwise. I plan to play 1d/m +14 and I expect my rating will fall by 100 points.
