we have a forum for the longest game so i was just wondering how short the shortest games were on QA.. this is mine
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nxe5 Bc5 4. d4 Bb4+ 5. Nc3 Nxe4 6. Qe2 Nxc3 7. bxc3 Bxc3+ 8. Bd2 Bxa1 9. Ng6+ Qe7 10. Qxe7# 1-0 i think its the shortest ive had since i started playing players ranked over 1000

loosing tempo by retreating black knight, Queen exchange if 6...Qf5 --- White is ahead in development. When white King takes castling, the is attacking directly to the king or in a semi open file which black has doubled pawns.
A mistake like this against 2000+ players is fatal. and could only lead to defeat.

There is nothing wrong with 6.Qf6..its the only move! The game is not lost but when white answear with 7.e5 black has to lose more tempo and white has the upperhand. However it was no reason to resign even for hard defence will come for black

yeah i ment with mate but if you have an obvese win at move 6 that counts:P
