Yes... Here I am in Colombia, South America. I decided to pay a visit to the new location of the old chess league where I used to play and they invite me to participate in the open national championship of Colombia in Medellin... How could I say no? There are going to be strong IM´s, a couple of GM´s, some FM´s and a bunch of strong people... I am unrated since the last time I played at the league was about 20 years ago so... 11 rounds, 1:30 / game... And the entry fee? less than US $ 30... I can´t believe that I am doing this! I don´t have my books around, my database, etc. I am supposed to be on vacation but oh! well... This is just a nice opportunity to remember old friends...
