Leo, I'm sorry, but what's the point in making public complains about cheaters?

If you suspect someone you need to tell me, posting in the forums doesn't help solve the issue in any way.

Well, it started with looking at a few games, after lookin into questions posted by others. I found out that it ain`t exceptional cases. I didn`t mention 50% of the cases I can proof, just by showing the games, or dates/games etc. It looks like a tumour. And my worry is that it are so many knew members who cheat.
But I started this topic probable because I got so upset that there are even persons who have the guts to complain that their rating is not growing fast enough, after victory`s in games who haven`t been played at all, unless you call 1 untill 4 moves a finished game, or games played agaist themselves! I always thought Bobby Fischer was the only one, who was good playing against himself haha. ;-)

To get to your question. What`s the point?
Well, maybe it has no use at all.
Maybe I just want the other honest players to know what is going on as well.
But if it is senseless in your opinion, and it want help anyway, I will not post anymore.
Let everybody have his fun.

Miguel,
If you want me to delete this topic, please let me know. Then I will.

What I would like you to do is to send me the names of the suspected cheaters. I have more elements than you to determine if they are, in fact, cheating and take care of the problem.

Posting in the forums about this does not help correct the issue I think, and keep in mind that you are not allowed to accuse anyone of anything, since you can't always be 100% sure about your accusations. No need to delete the post however, this is not about censoring you.

Miguel, I was going to make a suggestion on this subject in the Help & Support forum, but since you are here too... here it is:
Why not charge a small ONE-TIME fee (say, $5) from every new player? It would avoid this kind of problem, since most of these cheaters usually create lots of ghost accounts and I believe such fee would refrain them from doing so. We would probably have less players, but these would be serious ones, who would be eager to donate from time to time to keep the site in its new high standards. Just an idea.

I sended a list of 23 names, _and another 4 of which the accounts are already abandoned, but of which I needed their games as proof against others_, of members who I suspect of unfair play and rating manupulation, together with 95 games id numbers, to the administration.
Miguel replied to me that games of those players will be followed carefully.
I leave it up to Miguel, and will not involve in this matter anymore.

The only thing I need to do is appologize to Wefferson Emerich.
I accused Wefferson in my "Example No.2" a lack of fantasy by creating other usernames. But he even tricked me this time!
Next to WeffersonEmerich, Wefferson_Emerich, Wefferson__Emerich and Wefferson_Emerich0208, there excist also a "Pefferson Emerich"
:-(O)
My compliments Wefferson, and I apologize...

Unless this is a joke from your parents... ?:-(
