I really don`t know razoman. It just says "the most beautiful move choosen by ..." Obvious, they didn´t mean "Most decisive move", if you look at game A,Spassky`s move. I think they mean something like the most inventive, ingenious, artistic or unexpected, or maybe a combination of those. Just the move you liked the most I guess.

I know his collection of beatiful moves TheAlchemist. He publishes weekly in one of the two biggest Dutch newspaper about chess, "Algemeen Dagblad". Also his most beatiful moves serie was published in that newspaper. And in fact, Tim Krabbe was the organizer of this election, so the idea his his indeed.
