I am USCF 1803 (over the board). Here I am 50 Give or take 50. I do all my analysis in my head. Since we are permitted to analyse using chess Base I have a self imposed handicap. Therefore I think QAlice ratings are 200 to 400 points higher than USCF. I hope that more USCF will report there over the board ratings.

True OTB chess and correspondence chess are not the same thing and one cannot compare ratings between the two.
A 300 point or so difference might be what you'd expect to see.

My Queenalice rating is 300-400 higher than my OTB USCF rating. Of course I play much better in OTB tournaments with long time controls, 2+ hrs, so the even slower pace of this site works to my advantage. Then again I play too many games at once so that counteracts it.
