The German translation is complete.
Thanks go to Lounge7 who volunteered as a translator guinea pig and had to put up with my several attempts at getting special characters to show up correctly 
As with Spanish, if you are using a German OS you will get the German translation automatically. Members can also choose to use German overriding the browser language settings in the Personal Information page.
Thanks again to Lounge7 for his efficient work. I will contact all of you who volunteered to translate the site to your language pretty soon.
