I am a wood sculpturer and have an idea for my next piece. I want to carve in relief a position from the 4 knights game. The pieces would be carved flat like the diagram pieces on this site EXCEPTfor the 2 white knights.1 knight would be a realistic horse's head like the high end stauton set but with the head twisted to look at you. 1 white knight would have the base from the staunton set but with a rearing horse on top of it with all 4 horses heads the same size but the rearing horse would be bigger since it would be full bodied. What variation would you suggest?

no, I am trying to take a position from the 4 knights game and bring the white knights "alive" by making only the white knights in 3D and 1 knight as a full bodied rearing horse Steve

Why would you call the horse Steve?

this is a lack of grammar but we artists do tend to put a bit of ourselves into our work Your friend in the wood chip pile Steve

This is more a lack of knowing how to present a text (let alone punctuate it).
It took me a great while to understand that your name is "Steve", and I couldn't actually gather that information from your messages, but rather from your profile.
Commas, dots, capital letters, ... these things, who knows how they really work, eh.

How about the Halloween Gambit!? The big scary horse takes on e5 (rearing up above all his neighbours?) against all known rules, but it works surprisingly well.
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nxe5!?
