yes, in case of a tie all the winners advance, except in the last round (only one group) where a series of tie-breaks are applied to determine a single winner.
The complete tournament rules are in the about page.

If you are playing in a tournament and have a game where your opponent's time to move expired please go ahead and claim the game to you.
Right now the system doesn't do this automatically but I will be putting together a script that will periodically claim tournament games with expired time on behalf of the winner, although it will take me a couple of days to have everything in place. If you can, go ahead and end those games yourself to help the tournaments move forward!

I believe that you are referring to QA-01-INT 01
Yes... Pannonius and company need to claim their wins...

I am sorry if this offends Uncas but I have a question...
In the three remaining games at QA-01-INT 01 there have been many opportunities to call the flag. Why haven't pannonius and kynyo done it? I fail to find an answer...
These three games are in my opinion hopelessly lost by Uncas and although it doesn't affect me I can only wask why is Uncas dragging the games on?
Obviuously Uncas doesn't have any chance to qualify to the next round so I am just wondering what is the point of making pannonius and kynyo go through this?
Although, I am not suggesting Miguel to adopt a Campomanes kind of attitude and adjudicate those games but for Uncas to reconsider his attitude and be a good sport.
Thoughts?

I don't want Uncas to feel pressured to resign, I don't think we should ask or even suggest him to do that.
I understand that you are really anxious to get to the new round, but as long as he makes his moves on time or his opponents are kind enough to not claim the games and give him extra time to move I think he has the right to go on with his games, there are no rules against that.
