Hmm. Indeed, it may have been a game with 1...a6 :-(

And Karpov may have lost :-(

But I'm sure everything else I said is correct. More or less. Let me know if you still want the details :-)

The Kadas openning was played by a Hungarian player called Kadas. One GM game was Kadas vs Vign, Tapolca 1986. Another GM was Myers-Vano, Chacago 1972.

The Karpov game that is talking about is the game: Anatoly Karpov- Anthony Miles(GM British champ) that started 1.e4-a6 and black won later. This game is well known.
