I'd assume that Ra4 prolongs things after Rd3, losing the exchange, but then, I'm more likely to play resigns as black unless I was playing someone on really short time limit or rated much lower

Even if his two horseys committed suicide, I'd still bet on White.

I wouldn't bother thinking about Rd3 since after axb3 white can't take back. There is no need to risk being wrong here. I would play g4 in order to cover the h5 square and the f5 square. That should lead to some mating threats. It also gives the king breathing space.

axb3 leads to mate in three after Rg3+ since the king is forced to the h-file (the knights cover the f-file.
But g4 (and almost every white move) also wins
