Nice example of pressure on the 7th. A good piece for defending the 7th is the Knight. In planning, if you have an open file leading to your 7th a Knight on your 4th rank works well. The quality of the Knight is very good from there as it attacks the opponent squares and of course defends the 7th. Of course saying this is easier said than done. Thanks for the example
