What’s wrong with 36...c4 following the old maxim that passed P's must be pushed. In addition it gives the Black Q inroads into White's position with the immediate threat being to win the B with ...Qf2+ 37.Qg4 Qf2+ 38.Kh1 c3
In the game 38...exf4 wins for the same reason...if 39.gxf4 c4 40.Rf1 Black should win.
Not 40.Bxc4 and again, Black has access to the White K with both his Q and B Also 40.Kg2 fails to 40...Qe3

Class A USCF is 1800-1999. I have played 28 consecutive Uscf tournament games with a performance rating of 2025. I started this string with a USCF rating of 1803 so my rating jumped to 1977.
I actually play far better otb play than I do here. I have trouble with this being 2 dimensional and the lack of continuity.
