I thought 5 g3 was main line (maybe that has been my problem on the white side of this? :-P) Haven't had a ACG game for a while since I've been trying to improve my 1e4 game. The g3 line means that Bg4 is met by Bg2.
In your line 13g4 looks strategically wrong giving black what he wants from the ACG (a kingside target for a pawnstorm, a hole on h4 which blacks bishop may find useful, having to be on sac alert for Nxg4 etc.) I would have thought that it would be more appropriate to develop whites own queenside play?
....
My computer assisstant (who is quite braindead at times)
- doesn't like 6.b4 preferring Nbd2 or Qb3
- thinks 8..Nh6 is dubious favouring strongly Nxe5
- suggests 11..Nf5 is strongest, with an interesting trap if the opponent plays h3 expecting Bh5 g4 fork, instead 12..Ne3 with interesting tactics all in favour of black
- doesn't mind 13 g4
- thinks 14..o-o loses all advantage white has in the position with Qa4 listed as best. Perhaps this is why I didn't like g4, because I assumed the o-o follow up.
- thinks the final position has the slightest of edges to white only with g5 Nf7 Nf3

I am no Albin expert ... but I like 11 ... Nf5!
