Checking with Fritz it sits around thinking that white has a 3/4 pawn advantage position for a long time but when it hits ~depth 24 this evaluation jumps to 2.5 pawn advantage to white. However from there it can't seem to find a winning continuation.

Here is another gallant try. Black's only piece that can move is its Rook. With this in mind, can Whites king get to g5 or h5? Yes but White must block black king with Rook on the g file. Once whites king is at g or h 5 there is a mate combo as the bishop is always protected. The final mate position would be Whites king at g6. Bishop at e6 and Rook e8. If Blacks tries to keep White King out with its rook there is Re8+ Kf7 Be6+ Kf6 RxB. Its a long journey for Whites King but possible. voila

JungJoe is taking a crack at winning the game as white against me. If anyone else is interested in trying I can set up the game.

I agree with Gambitshark. Its very dificult to see a winning from the white, but they have an advantage and that could be a sign of a winning....Black could make some mistake and white can finish the game...but the oposite can happen too.

JungJoe's crack is just about over. Funny how I just do not see things until I see them. hum. lol
