What are some of your favorite Chess blogs and websites that are not for playing games, but more for instruction and discussion?
Google searches usually result in online game sites, or someone selling lessons.

www.chesstempo.com is good. It has 2 pay scales (both pretty cheap) and a free level. I'm using the free level and it's great. Very good for practicing tactics (and since I've lost over 200 points lately, I definitely need that).
