Unfortunately, I must admit that I had a very unpleasant experience while I was played my chess game with Mr. Bergman.
So, I think that all members of this forum and administrator deserves to knows the real truth about Mr. Bergman and about his inappropriate, arrogant, vulgar and rude behavior...
Of course, I have the proofs about all of this.
After I was declined a draw offer in this game http://queenalice.com/game.php?id=992249 , after less than 15 moves, Bergman was became very indecent, arrogant and vulgar, he was accused me for anything and everything without any evidences or proofs...
Although he knows that I am older than him, he was all of his messages began with offensive language/words, insults and provocations, for an example:

or
>Hello, my little boy !
The great Bergman is your god.
You must to kneel in front of him every day.
Because you are the slave of him.
He will take your soul.
Because you are his little creature.
...etc..., etc... (...and much other nonsense and provocations)
It seems that he considers himself a God, or something similar, I wonder are this is the normal type of behavior for an adult men?
If the answer is No, then I do not understand what this person is doing on this forum and why such uncivilized type of behavior is tolerated here?

After he was found out that I am better Corr. chess player than him, and after he was seen that he will lose the game, he was became more arrogant and much more insolent, and he was used offensive and very rude language/words, in short, he was wrote a lot of insults and provocative words, for example, he was wrote to me (in several different messages; these are only some of the insults):

>You are a pretentious liar.
>You are so stupid.
>From 1986 to 1993, I trained in chess during twelve hours every day.
Can you do it ? Certainly not.
Why ? Because you are a poor little boy.

Why ? Because you are a poor little boy.

After that, he was continued with provocations and with insults, he accused me that I am a gay/homosexual, although I am an older married man with two children, etc...

Of course, he acted that I was allegedly wrote something about it, but obviously, it was one another in a series of vulgar provocations and an insults...
After the game ended, he continued with provocations, insults and harassment, I just want to play here in peace and without his harassment and insults, therefore, I hope someone can do something in this respect.

If you have complaints about a player's behaviour, please do not make them public but send a message to Miguel, who runs the site. He can see the comments made on each game so you don't need to supply "proof".

Those comments are certainly strange. I don't think you will find too many players that have received such abusive comments from other players! (I could be wrong)
We have seen something similar about Bergman from AFA1961 although he removed his original comment but I recall that he too complained about Bergman's messages to him. I think he wanted to post that Bergman accused him of using a chess engine but his English was not very good.

@Ivan1955: I would prefer that you send these kind of complains privately to me. Richerby is correct, I can find my own proof once I'm alerted of the situation.
I'll investigate.

Ignore list- What happens when you put someone on your ignore list. I wish that it blocked private messages and comments during a game in progress. If it does do that than we could put a player we find annoying on our ignore list. If it does not do that it should.
When does abuse require an administrative response? If we can block a members messeges we can correct most problems ourselves.
I find the use of the term gay as an insult to be especially wrong. When gay is used as an insult it implies that it is bad or inferior to be gay. Imagine you over hear a series of insults that include, "You are hetero." I would be scared. I would think, He is angy at that guy and called him hetero. Is he angry at all people who are hetero. I am hetero if he knew that I am hetero would he be angry at me?
Finally I want to say that Bergmen has been quiet and well behaved in my games against him. This would be a stronger endorsement If I won a game or 2 against him. Still from my personal experiance I can not say anything negative against him.

I respect yours opinions, but I tried to find out did Bergman was so rude, abusive and arrogant also with some other members of this site, and it proved to be effective because @Blutigeroo was posted this a very useful link with the irrefutable evidence in this regard that Bergman in the past acted/behaved inappropriately/rudely on this site and was not adequately warned or sanctioned...

Good point Blutigeroo. I posted because I do not like people who accuse others of cheating, and I always have been a honest player.
After only 8 or 10 moves he ask me for a draw and I ask him why because I did not see any draw in a game so far away of the end or even from the middle game. He said I am using a computer. Thats why I posted. I do not like rude players, and worst, liars. (etc...)

Once again, thank you very much to Blutigeroo and to AFA1961, because this was very useful information, because a similar situation was occurred in my game vs. Bergman, because he was accused me (when I was declined a draw after only a few moves from both sides!) without any evidence and in the situation when we were in the well known opening theory!! What a absurd!!
Also, two of my friends who playing on this site, they told me that they had a similar problems with Bergman, but they were not reported (to the administrator) his inappropriate behavior because their knowledge of English language is much worse than mine...
Moreover, I have posted it here (on the forum), because in the case that Bergman once again not to be sanctioned for all bad and rude things as he did on this site, then I think that all members of this site have a rights to knows, what they can expect (which type of inappropriate behavior) if they accept the challenges from Bergman.

BTW, my game with him ended, but he continues to harass me with disturbing messages...

To be completely honest, I do not know did he really has some mental problems or he is only an rude person, anyway, in any case this type of behavior certainly can not be considered as normal, as usual or as decent/polite.
Because if he has some mental/psychics problems, then (of course) he should seek professional help, and then this site should not be a ground for expressing his frustrations and ill behaviors, and logicaly, in this case, this type of man should not be a member of this forum, or any other civilized forums.

@phystutordotcom, the problem is that, that he knows that I am heterosexual (and married), therefore, he with its perverted implication, he had intended (on their usual dirty way) to insult me or to provoke me, but it is very easy to conclude...
As I wrote earlier, I still receive rude and disturbing messages from Bergman, So I hope that someone finally can to stop this type of harassing behavior.
Honestly, I do not care (It's not my problem) if he really thinks (in his head) that he is God, Neron, Caesar, Super Great King Bergman or Superman (etc.), but he has no rights to disturbing other people with such behavior and with abusive messages.
By the way, I'm sorry because my English is not very good.
