I assume this is some book position, so I'll make a fool of myself and just say that I'd take black in this position. Whites pawn structure looks loose here, the bishop on b2 looks nice but, isn't supported, looks like the white plan would be to prepare e4 (Nbd2/Re1) and to maintain the hold on e5.
