I dont understand the question. If it is whites move you can put the white king anywhere. If it is blacks move The white king can be any where that is not check

No you cannot put the white king anywhere.
Asume the last move is Ka1 to a2. This is not a valid move - because white gives check with the Bishop on a4.

I give you a hint:
A white bishop move (as the last move) can not be a legal move.
Bb3 to Ba4 is not valid.
Bc2 to Ba4 is not valid.
Also it should be obious, the last move can not be a black move because the black king is checked.
So the last move was definitly a white king move but where???
