Sadly most of the internet chess industry is dominated by computer engines and cheaters. I'm playing a guy who is rated 628 on chess.com and he is playing like an over 2000 player. This user's previous game he or she played like a beginner
e.g. this user was black and this game is still in progress.
Then there is also this game from a couple of days ago. the same user, the user was black
Then there is this game I'm playing against this user right now. I'm black in this game.
The game is still in progress but I'm in a very hopeless position. I'm not sure whether to report this user for engine use or not.  I may as well accept the fact that I'm going to be losing a heck of a lot of rating points but still I'm hopeful of getting them back soon

Apatride is a liar and cheater. Don't play with him.
He doesn't know to play chess and he uses chess engines to play.
