Tried but keeps saying "can't create game", why?.

Forsyth-Edwards (or FEN notation) is fiddly. Try creating your position on another site; copy the code at the bottom of your diagram and then try again here. If that fails, message me! :-)

What did you type for the position?

Or try creating your position on program such as Winboard/Xboard then copy and paste in QA when to create the game. I did this and created a FRC960 game.
