Yes, it is a player on Chess.com. I forgot his name. Many players complain because he makes his moves always at the last seconds.
On the other side, he has got a fanclub with over 300 members.

I don't know how one can play that many games logisticly

Well, I found him.
Players name: Mishafish
Real name: SM from New York City
At this moment he has got 4777 ongoing games of which 11 of them he has to move within 2 minutes.
Strange enough he doesn't time-out a lot. Over the past 3 month's approx. one game a day.
Of course his rating is extremely low.

I just calculated. On chess.com most games are 3 days/move. If he is online 10 hours a day at the same chess-site he has 22 seconds for each move.
