QA rating is higher than USCF (by 200-300 points in my case, sometimes more)

i played in other CC websites and my ELO was 500 lower than my current queenalice rating but part of it might be because I'm improving my game :-D...
I don't know if this matters but CC ratings make players better than OTB because you have all the time in the world to make a move in CC :-).

I think the biggest problem is that higher rated players dont lose any points when playing provisional players.
So that adds a bunch of points to the pool.

We gain a very few by winning some 150-200 points lower
|
|

but if you lose to a provisional, they gain points but you lose none. adds a little to the pool each time, but it is cumulative.
