It's still at the second round. For the 2nd tournament I have made a few simple modifications to prevent a few slow games to slow down the whole tournament, the tournament should end around June 2007, right in time for the next one to begin.

It's a Swiss tournament. Only one game per round, or none if you get a bye.

Why can't they just agree on a draw? They are of equal strength, however the opening in that game was horribly weak (IE: moving the bishop twice in opening, better was 2...Nf6, 2...f5?! 2...Bc5, and even 2...Bb4 but this shouldnt be played unless black want's to exchange bishop for knight and go for a closed game, and even 3...Ba5 is playable, white should have won that game due to the extra piece.
