I have applied a small change to the rating formula used on this site and recomputed all ratings retroactively with it.
The change aims first, to discourage players to play fake games to obtain high initial ratings, and second, to bring the ratings a bit down so that they are more like ratings from other organizations.
The actual changes are described in the about page.

A "small change"? Wow! Dropped me 400 points! Sigh. Shucks...now I'm where I belong! It was fun, though, pretending I was pretty good.

I should add that whenever ratings where used in the past to determine elegibility to play on a tournament or open game or for tie-break purposes those will not be reevaluated.
