Topic: improved notification emails

As requested, the notification emails sent by the system are not in HTML format and include a nice board graphic with the current position of the game and the last move by your opponent. If your email reader does not understand HTML message then you will continue to see the same text messages as before.
Let me know what you think and if you want any other things sent to you on these emails.

PS: my apologies to those who were flooded by emails last night. I was testing the new HTML emails and forgot to reset everything to normal!
