I'm curious as to know if they have the three fold repitition here, in one of my games I'm going for a draw, but it doesnt look like the threefold rule applies. This is a tournament game, so does this mean theres no threefold repitition?

Philidor, there is the three fold repetition rule here but you have to claim it, first to your opponent and, in case he doesn't accept it, to Miguel.
It was a long debate some time ago, and people got to the conclusion that, like in OTB games, it is the player who wants to draw that has to call the referee attention to the fact. There is no server function for automaticaly drawing games here. Salute!

How do you claim it? where is the option. I am in such a game.

The owner/administrator (Miguel) stopped maintaining the site many, many years ago. There is nothing you can do to force a draw to be declared.
