If you are registered on this site with a hotmail account, be aware that as of yesterday hotmail is not delivering any messages coming from this site. Unfortunately hotmail is not bouncing the messages back to me, so I do not know why they are being rejected. Normally servers reply to the sender with information about why an email was rejected, but hotmail isn't doing that.
Until I determine what is it that make hotmail decide that emails from this site should be discarded there is nothing I can do to resolve this problem. I recommend that you change your email address if you want to continue receiving emails.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I suggest you switch to Gmail instead. Besides 2.7 GB of storage, Gmail offers innovative search and organization features.
If you would like a Gmail invite, please send me a private message with the e-mail address you would like the invite sent to. (If you don't wish to reveal your e-mail address, I will have to send you a link by private messaging.)

I've been experimenting with a test hotmail account. Turns out the messages were going directly to the trash folder for some reason. I was able to get emails delivered using the following procedure:
- I set my Junk email-filter set to Enhanced. - I added noreply@queenalice.com to the safe list - I added noreply@queenalice.com to Mailing Lists - I went into Delete Junk Email and selected "Delete junk mail immediately", then went back and selected "Deliver to junk mail folder" again.
After I did that I received emails without problem.
Please post here if this method works for you or not.

As I said before, all it takes is some of those members that never show up for tournament games, to start deleting the game notices unread.
Then they can be delivered to the Hotmail Junk folder, where they can be deleted by the user as junk mail.
At that point, Hotmail may put you on a list of spammers, then all messages may be delivered to everyone's garbage folder.
Doubtless, as every Email provider will eventually do the same to eliminate spam, switching to another is only a short term remedy.

Hotmail does not think queenalice.com is a spammer. It has a pretty restrictive filter by default, but it took me 2 minutes to reconfigure it to allow the emails to be delivered.
Following your same argument, if more and more people add the site's email to their allowed list, then Hotmail will assume it is a legitimate source of email so I recommend all hotmail users repeat the steps above to configure their email.

In Yahoo! Mail and Gmail, you can go to your Spam/Bulk folder, click on the message, and click "This is not Spam". This should tell the filter that QueenAlice is, well, not spam.
I'm not sure about Hotmail - never used it.
Gmail's spam filter has hardly any false positives, yet rarely lets spam through.
