The following game has just finished:

My opponent biqz received some points (1205 → 1298) even though he lost the game. Is this correct or a bug? Thanks

I'll look into that. I think it is related to another rating related bug I'm working on.

If your opponent has a provisional rating, he may gain points by losing, because of the way provisional ratings are calculated.

And, in this case, the opponent's rating is, indeed, provisional. But provisional-rated player A should only gain points for losing against player B if B's rating is more than 400 points above A's. And, for A to gain 93 rating points would require B's rating to be at least 586 points higher (I think) than A's, which was not the case in this game.
So it seems that there are bugs in the rating system but this isn't too much of a problem: once Miguel has sorted out the bugs, he can re-run the rating algorithm from scratch and compute everybody's correct rating. The only side-effect is that some people might get into rating-restricted tournaments they shouldn't really be in but that's not such a big deal.

Well, it just doesn't sound very logical, but if that's the rule, it's ok.
Thanks everybody for your help!
