My opinion is... 
The player should have good results and the best activity. I calculate this for the first page of page members and the result is in the table bellow.
The equations are:
P = Win + 0.5 * Draws
B% = P / T * 100
A% = B * (T / 1626) * (100 / 73.86) ~ P / 12
So, my sincere congratulations to Endher! :)

Er, that means that A = P/12. Points scored divided by twelve is a completely bogus measure of activity -- it tells you nothing more than `points scored'.

I choose this numbers based on the maximum played games from Endher (1626) and his percentage of performance (73.86%), forcing the equation to give 100% for him, and compare this value to others.
And anyway, it is MY equation option, that gives my personal opinion on the subject.

Beco, your equation is crazy but at least I'm glad to have won a game against your Champ! BTW, in this case, how would you translate "tirar uma lasquinha" into English?
