It means "provisional", it becomes extablished after you finish 25 games. Check out the help section:

Correction: it will be established after you finish 26 games! I mean after you finished 25th game the "p" finish... after the 26th game you get a established rating.

The rating is provisional for the first 25 games. It is established once you finish game #26.
