I scheduled a vacation for 10 days last week. One new tournament round started (Auto-master 222), and time was running. I lost 2 games (202863 and 202864) with zero moves, and worst: the site updated the rating! That's not reasonable. Generally the rating is updated only after 12 moves. I want to know what happened, and if it is possible to correct it.

That's not something I've seen before. Online, I've won and lost plenty of legitimate games within twelve moves and it would be wrong for those games not to count toward my rating.
What is wrong is that you lost a game on time while on vacation, since the whole point of vacation time is to stop this!
My personal opinion is that games lost on time in under, say, ten moves shouldn't be rated unless it is clear that the loser has made a serious mistake and then deliberately lost on time to avoid having to resign later and lose rating points. This would work by the winner appealing to an adjudicator who would decide each case on its merits. Of course, this is what would happen in an ideal world but, in this world, it would probably be too much work for the adjudicator.

Who would be the adjudicator?
<humour> Miguel? I'd rather he spend his time working on teams.
One of his employees? Oops, I forgot that QueenAlice is a free site, not one run by a corporation.
A member of the QueenAlice community? He may fix matches. </humour>
