Today for some unknow reason, it appear a star in the left menu Forums, and another in the central index (Chess discussion), but no star in any of the topics inside it.
Just reporting.

My guess is that somebody created a thread and then deleted it. The same thing happens if somebody creates a post and then deletes it -- the topic gets marked as having new articles, even though it doesn't any more.
