In a tournament my opponent (Craic) resigned both his matches against me. Despite him being 500 points higher than me, I received no points and he lost none. Why does this happen?

maybe becouse you are still playing with provisional point asigantion "p". See the rule page, I remember there was a rule to protect the no provitionals players.
