In a tournament my opponent (Craic) resigned both his matches against me. Despite him being 500 points higher than me, I received no points and he lost none. Why does this happen?

its have been talking here before..you have still your p with your name that meens that you have not play enough games..you must finist 26 games to get rating against player rated 400 ELO moe than you.
