Please inform us where is your email account from. Is it Hotmail? I remember reading here something about Hotmail accounts having this kind of problem.

No, it's not Hotmail. It's a very reliable Icelandic firm, Snerpa (www.snerpa.is). I have been a client of theirs for seven or eight years, I think.

Do they have an "intelligent" anti-spam system? Then it may have possibly blocked queenalice.com after a few emails received in a row. If so, then go to the spam inbox and authorize emails from queenalice.

Yesterday, before I checked on the possibilities mentioned above as I intended to do, the mail suddenly worked normally again, and so it does now. Thank you for your helpfulness.
