As I'm American I like to say this to all other Americans. Happy Independence day The day when the Americans had independence from Britain in maybe 1776.

So do i, I'm american and i don't commemorate the independece day on the July 4.
But (Gil) i'm South American and I don't commemorate it on the 7 September. Día de la independencia Argentina. 9 de Julio de 1816. De España.

As you South Americans know, in most places of the world "American" refers to someone from the USA. BTW, in case I forget next week (for Argentinians) and September (for Brazilians), Happy Independence Day.
Hmm...unless, of course, capmo is just a "Brazil nut".

Yes, it's not maybe but the independence day and birthday of USA is really in 1776. That's what I said on my topic title "Chessmate" The Usa is 231 years old and counting.
I also mentioned on my topic title "New York City" that there was a fireworks last night at 9:00PM.
