This seems a bit odd; I'm in a private torunament ... saraquette's tournament ... and even though the first round has just started, there's now three rounds listed, all of which seem to begoing on at the same time. Also, everyone has points (3 each) even though no games have finished.

No, that is not normal. I removed rounds 2 and 3 from the tournament.
I'll ask the tournament director if there was anything unusual when the tournament started, it is probably a bug.

Something similar just started with the QA Anniv tourney. I'm still playing a round 2 game, yet a round three just started.

In that case i think it is ok. It is a rule that it is applicable only to the QA Anniv touna, to make them faster. But,i can be wrong.

Yunta is correct. The site-wide tournaments can advance without the round being 100% complete, private tournaments do not.
