Does this game also fall under the special rule, all true that my rating is 1810 but my opp. is 2313
It's a draw
new rating = old rating + 0.04 * (rating difference) (in case of a draw)
0.04 * 503 = 20,12
but I gained "only" 14.
That is ok with me, but I would like to understand

No, this falls under a different special rule: if the rating difference is greater than 350 points, the rating calculation is done assuming the difference is just 350. (And 350x0.04 = 14.)
