How can I know my remaining time when it's not my move?

I don't think you can - at least, I've never find a way to see it.

when it's not your move you don't have a time limit, you can see how long the other guy has left
|

Yes but in a game where you have a certain amount of time for all your moves, it might still be useful to know how much time you have left, too. For example, if you have only a day left, you'll potentially lose on time if you don't log in to the site for more than 24 hours but, if you have a week left, it's safe to disappear for a weekend.
