I (r:1256) won my opponent (r:1677)in the rated game(no: 263853). However our ratings didn'change..I think my rating must raise and opponent's rating must low. Am I wrong?...

Ercan there is a rule :if your opponent have more than 400 points or less than 400 points the both ratings wouldnt changed.You can sea that in -Help for this site.
