I am thrilled that I made to the the first page of players from the United States. I would like to tell all my present and prior opponents. How do I create the message equivalent of an email list

Fortunately there's no such option. I said 'fortunately' because were it available, it would be an open door for spammers.
I think the only way to make public announcements is through the forums.

campo - a compromise would be a feature that allowed me to message all my mutual buddies. The message would be delivered to everyone that on my buddy list that also had me on their buddy list. This would facilitate a sense of miniclubs within the website.
Richerby - Valid point. Possibly my desire to hear about their achivements. a quid pro quo.
