Hi, one more question. I just got a draw with a player who has over 500 rating points higher than mine, but my rating didn't got increased and his not decreased. Nothing was changed. Why? Who can tell me why? Does this chess server only encourage odd wins, disliking draws. By the way, my rating still remain in provisional state. Is my provisional state held accountable for such case?

No, Wonder Night, Draws are not discouraged. It is because you are provisional. When you have less than 26 completed games your rating is unaffected by players with a 400+ greater/lesser rating difference.
