When I try to access Queen Alice from my home computer, I get a website not found error. Then when I try to ping Queen Alice I get a timeout. If I connect through a remote proxy, I can connet. I can also connect from other computers. Has my IP been banned? Is so can you tell me why?
If you need any more information, I can provide it.

I would ask your provider about this, if you were banned you wouldn't be able to access no matter from where.

Miguel, I think he didn't mean that his user was banned, but that somehow you might have blocked his home IP.
Jester, perhaps the problem lies in your provider DNS (Domain Name System) server; it might be having some problem trying to convert the site's name to an IP address. If that is the case, you will still be able to access the site using its IP address; try this at home and see what happens:
http://65.23.153.10/

Thanks capmo. That was the problem. I was able to connect with the IP address.

Now I released my IP (ipconfig /release) and then renewed it. That fixed the problem. I can now access Queen Alice with the domain name.
